The Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors for Peppertree Bend Association has reviewed
and APPROVED your architectural submittal for the roofing, stucco and stone replacement per the plans
submitted:
•Ludowici Roofing Tile Product – To obtain an appearance of slate, LudoSlate Premier was selected.
For the authentic slate look, the three colors selected are: Vermont Gray Black, Heritage Blue and
Slate Gray, which will be blended together in the field. All three colors will be used in combination
with one another, but the largest tile piece as shown in the Premier series, will always be Slate
Gray.
•Selected limestone and stucco color: Benjamin Moore Ashwood (OC-47).
This approval does not constitute a waiver of other City requirements.
