To Whom it May Concern:
The Architectural Committee for the Golf Villas of Marbella Homeowners Association recently
approved repairs to the garage of a unit within the Association which was damaged by a
vehicle.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we request your assistance in outlining the next steps for
DryMaster to obtain the permit(s) necessary to proceed with this work.

Scope of Work:
• 125 SF of drywall
• 125 SF of insulation
• 80 SF of framing
• 120 SF of stucco
• Install 2 junction boxes
• Install 2 GFCI outlets
• Remove & Replace damaged electrical
