Compliance with said requirements, codes, and regulations are the responsibility of Tenant and Tenant’s Sign Company. Prior to installation of any Tenant signage, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a PDF copy of the permitted sign package and the permit inspection card. Tenant shall also provide evidence of insurance as required under Lease and evidence of worker’s compensation insurance from Tenant’s sign contractor.
