River Street Marketplace LLC (“Landlord”) approves your attached sign package for Toes on the Nose at River
Street Marketplace.
Note that the sign package has been reviewed for design intent purposes only. Please note that Landlord has
not reviewed the Sign Drawings for compliance with local, County of Orange, State of California, federal, an/or
governmental code and regulations. Compliance with said requirements, codes, and regulations are the responsibility
of Tenant and Tenant’s Sign Company.
Additionally, note that Landlord reserves the right to relocate Tenant’s blade sign to the beam on the other
side of Tenant’s storefront in the future at Landlord’s expense (if additional suites are required and a future tenant
would not otherwise have a beam for a blade sign).
Prior to installation of any Tenant signage, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a PDF copy of the permitted
sign package and the permit inspection card. Tenant shall also provide evidence of insurance as required under Lease
and evidence of worker’s compensation insurance from Tenant’s sign contractor. For additional insureds naming and
location for the certificate of general liability insurance, please see below. A separate vendor insurance checklist will
be provided as well.
