Kevin Voytovich, the contractor, gave us a call, stating that he went down to SMWD
today. He was informed that he did not need to obtained final clearance for an above
ground pre-fab spa he is installing at the address in the subject line. Can you please
confirm if that is true?

Address 31944 Refrescar, City of San Juan Capistrano, is cleared by SMWD to proceed
with construction per the submitted plans. There appears to be no impact to Public
Water and Sewer; however, SMWD will provide final clearance after the spa is
constructed and inspected.
PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be contacted after the construction of the new spa but
before it is filled with water. SMWD will inspect the water utilities associated with the
spa.

It is a portable spa. We are not adding any hose bibs. We will be installing a landscape
drain beneath it incase of overfilling.

conditions by the Architectural Request Committee of Petra and Avelina Community Association. Specifically,

assumes any liability or responsibility therefore or for any defect in the construction or improvement from such
