I am writing on behalf of the Connemara II Property Owners Association Board of
Directors/Landscape Committee regarding your submittal for the above-mentioned
home improvement.
The Board has approved your submittal for the installation of sliding doors in your family
room and dining room at your home located at Shamrock Lane, within the Connemara
II Property Owners Association, as called out on your application and plans.
Any deviations from the approved plans will require architectural approval prior to
commencing work.
Approval by the Connemara II Property Owners Association does not constitute waiver
of any requirements by applicable governmental agencies and does not constitute
acceptance of any technical or engineering specifications. The owner is responsible
for obtaining any necessary building permits and inspections from the applicable
governmental agencies. The Association is not responsible for verifying property
lines/rights as that is the duty of the property owner.
