With this approval, we anticipate your commitment to only using the material(s) and performing the improvement(s) stated in the application. In addition, please verify with the City if permits are required prior to the commencement of the project. If permits are required, we anticipate your commitment to obtaining the necessary City permits. Please remain mindful of the following: A.House Painting Approvals: When painting the house, the owner must also paint the roof-top vent pipes, furnace chimneys and attic vents to match the color of the roof. Chimneys and chimney caps to match the main stucco paint color. B.Contractors must clean all debris from the Association streets at the end of each workday. C.Contractors may begin work at 7:00am; however, the use of power equipment; lawnmowers, leaf blowers, power sprayer equipment, or any equipment causing noise is only allowed from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays; and from 9AM to 4PM on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holiday. D.Per the Architectural Guidelines of the Community, 5.2. You will have one hundred and twenty (120)days to complete items shown on the approved plan. Should there be any changes or special circumstances that arise and keep you from meeting this policy, please contact management. E.Upon completion of the improvement(s), please submit a Notice of Completion Form along with color photographs of the completed improvement(s). Upon completion of the improvement, please submit a “Notice of Completion” with color photographs of the completed improvement.
