acceptance of an easement for public trail purposes between the City ofSan Juan Capistrano and the Petra and Avelina Community Associationand a finding that said action was reviewed as part of the FinalEnvironmental Impact Report for Tract 18148 and no further CEQA review
is required pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21166 and State
CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 (Project Manager: George Alvarez, TrafficEngineer).

1.Consideration of Code Amendment (CA) 24-001, an ordinance amending
Section 9-3.501.1 (Accessory Dwelling Units) of the City’s Land Use Code (Title 9) to make the City’s existing regulations that govern Accessory Dwelling Units consistent with state regulations; and a finding that said action is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act
pursuant to Section 21080.17 of the Public Resources Code. (Project
