F. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Consideration of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 23-007, Honey Bee Apiaries – Allen Residence: A request to allow four (4) honeybee hives (“apiaries”) for personal non-commercial use on platforms in the rear of a
residential property located at 27571 Silver Creek Drive (APN: 650-241-10) and a finding that said action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) (Applicant: Ryan Allen)(Project Manager: Dominic Matias, Assistant Planner).
