field density testing of postgrading operations in order to form an opinion of site earthwork. In general,

Based on the results of our observation and testing, it is our opinion that the subject site earthwork
operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This letter
serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject lots at the "Avelina"
