A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. – San Juan Council Chamber at Community
Services - 25925 Camino Del Avion, San Juan Capistrano.
2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members Jakob Awerkamp, Rob Plavajka, and
Stan Braden.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so in person by attending the meeting or by email. If
you would prefer to submit correspondence, please submit your correspondence
or request to the Secretary at least two hours prior to the meeting at
pgarcia@sanjuancapistrano.org.
