Building – 31421 la Matanza Street, San Juan Capistrano. 2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members Jakob Awerkamp, Rob Plavajka, and Stan Braden.

proposed single-family residence with an attached ADU and two-car
garage at 31302 Andres Pico Road (APN: 124-201-01) (Applicant: Scott Ayres) (Project Manager: Justin Poley, Associate Planner).
