In accordance with your request, LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is providing a final geotechnical release for Lots
9 through 13, Phase 13 of Caspian for "The Farm" residential development, Tract 19063, located in the
City of San Juan Capistrano, California. LGC Geotechnical field personnel have provided part-time, on-call
observation and field density testing of postgrading operations in order to form an opinion of site
earthwork. In general, postgrading operations observed and/or tested by LGC Geotechnical included
interior plumbing backfill, foundation footing excavations, utility house connection backfill, and
subgrade preparation. Refer to table below for lots and associated addresses.

operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This
letter serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject lots at The Farm
residential development. In our opinion, the subject building pads are suitable for their intended use
from a geotechnical perspective.
