The improvement shall be completed in conformity with the plans and specifications submitted with your request, and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the CC&Rs and the Architectural Guidelines and Standards. This approval is effective for 180 days and automatically terminates on this date if the improvement has not been completed within such time. All work shall be done in a timely and workmanlike manner, and must be completed within the timeframe as stipulated in the Meredith Canyon Community Association's governing documents. In addition to Association approval, governmental agency approval may also be required. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to obtain and pay for all necessary governmental approvals and permits, and if requested by the Association, the homeowner must provide to the Association copies of all governmental issued permits and copies of signed-off permits evidencing that the permitted work received governmental approval. Please note: Should changes to your Association approved plans be made to obtain governmental approval, you must also submit the changes to the Association and receive the Association’s approval before starting that work. Obtaining governmental approval of any plan changes does not satisfy the requirement to also obtain prior Association approval. Additionally, please note that you will be financially responsible for all damage to Association maintained property resulting from your project.
