RE: Architectural Application – 33611 Via De Agua
Dear Homeowner:
As Management Agent for the Meredith Canyon Community Association, we have been instructed by the Board of
Directors and/or Architectural Review Committee to contact you regarding your Architectural Application received
for the proposed improvement(s) as follows:
Demolish the block retaining wall and replace it with metal fencing
Please be advised that the Architectural Review Committee had an opportunity to review your application at their recent
meeting and herewith inform you that your application has been APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
The metal fencing to be erected in its original location and the slope easement be restored to insure
continued stability from previous cutaway.
The improvement shall be completed in conformity with the plans and specifications submitted with your request,
and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the CC&Rs and the Architectural Guidelines and Standards. This
approval is effective for 180 days and automatically terminates on this date if the improvement has not been
completed within such time.
All work shall be done in a timely and workmanlike manner, and must be completed within the timeframe as
stipulated in the Meredith Canyon Community Association's governing documents. In addition to Association
approval, governmental agency approval may also be required. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to obtain and
pay for all necessary governmental approvals and permits, and if requested by the Association, the homeowner
must provide to the Association copies of all governmental issued permits and copies of signed-off permits
evidencing that the permitted work received governmental approval. Please note: Should changes to your
Association approved plans be made to obtain governmental approval, you must also submit the changes to the
Association and receive the Association’s approval before starting that work. Obtaining governmental approval of
any plan changes does not satisfy the requirement to also obtain prior Association approval. Additionally, please
note that you will be financially responsible for all damage to Association maintained property resulting from your
project.
Should you have any questions regarding the above referenced information, please do not hesitate to contact
the undersigned.
Sincerely,
AT THE DIRECTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Meredith Canyon Community Association
