Based on the results of our observation and testing, it is our opinion that the subject site earthwork
operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This letter
serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject units at the "Petra" residential
development. In our opinion, the subject building pads are suitable for their intended use from a
geotechnical perspective.
