This letter is to certify that all items for the phase mentioned above has been completed to the
satisfaction of the landscape architect. I declare in my professional opinion and to the best of my
knowledge, available information, and belief. That the landscape plans for the above -referenced
project have been completed within the intent of the project and in accordance with the City of San
Juan Capistrano approved plans and specifications.
This conformance letter applies only to plant locations and quantities. SJA Inc. was not present for
the installation or observation of the irrigation system. SJA Inc. cannot certify conformance of below
grade materials, installation techniques, or irrigation pipe sizing.

In accordance with your request, LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is providing a final geotechnical release for Phase
5, Building 2 and Building 3 of the "Avelina" residential development, Tract 18148, located in the city of
San Juan Capistrano, California. LGC Geotechnical field personnel have provided part-time, on-call
observation and field density testing of postgrading operations in order to form an opinion of site
earthwork. In general, postgrading operations observed and/or tested by LGC Geotechnical included
interior plumbing backfill, foundation footing excavations, utility house connection backfill, and subgrade

operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This letter
serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject lots at the "Avelina"
residential development. In our opinion, the subject building pads are suitable for their intended use from
a geotechnical perspective.
