in accordance with your request, LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is providing a final geotechnical release for Phase
4, Building 1, Units 44 through 47; Building 8, Units 106 through 109; and Building 11, Units 110 through
114 of the "Avelina" residential development, Tract 18148, located in the city of San Juan Capistrano,
California. LGC Geotechnical field personnel have provided part-time, on-call observation and field density
testing of postgrading operations in order to form an opinion of site earthwork. In general, postgrading
operations observed and/or tested by LGC Geotechnical included interior plumbing backfill, foundation
footing excavations, utility house connection backfill, and subgrade preparation. Refer to table below for

This conformance letter applies only to plant locations and quantities. SJA Inc. was not present for
the installation or observation of the irrigation system. SJA Inc. cannot certify conformance of below
