In accordance with your request, LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is providing a final geotechnical release for
Phase 12, Andalusia, Lots 14 through 18, "The Farm" residential development, Tract 19063, located in
the City of San Juan Capistrano, California. LGC Geotechnical field personnel have provided part-time, on-
call observation and field density testing of postgrading operations in order to form an opinion of site
earthwork. In general, postgrading operations observed and/or tested by LGC Geotechnical included
interior plumbing backfill, foundation footing excavations, utility house connection backfill, and
subgrade preparation. Refer to table below for lots and associated addresses.

Based on the results of our observation and testing, it is our opinion that the subject site earthwork
operations were completed in general accordance with project geotechnical recommendations. This
letter serves as a geotechnical release from postgrading operations for the subject lots at The Farm
residential development. In our opinion, the subject building pads are suitable for their intended use
from a geotechnical perspective.

Our services were performed using the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised, under similar
circumstances, by reputable engineers and geologists practicing in this or similar localities. No other
warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the conclusions and professional advice included in this
report.
