OPENING COMMENTS The purpose of this visit was to conduct a joint consultation with plan check (C. Burranday) on the enclosure of the patio bar. Upon arrival, the three detached doors for the patio bar were modified by installing hinges to these doors (become attached), and rodent proofing were placed underneath the doors to eliminate all gaps. Per plan check, the existing doors are approved to be used, informed M. Resnick (Owner) to make sure to close out the remaining cracks and crevices around these doors. Notification to this Agency or plan must be submitted if this facility decided to make further modification or replace these doors.
