The Architectural Review Committee reviewed your Architectural submittal for conformance to
the submittal requirements and the Architectural Guidelines.
Please be advised that the Architectural Review Committee approved your plans as submitted.
The Committee noted that landscape plans were not submitted with this project and therefore
no landscape modifications can be done without prior approval from the committee. Please
make sure to submit a full set of landscaping plans when ready.

per section 3.3:
