To Whom It May Concern:
This will serve to confirm that The Hunt Club Community Association has approved
architectural modifications to 27552 Rolling Wood, via the authority of it's Architectural
Review Committee (ARC) and Board of Directors. The scope of the approved project can be
described as follows:
Existing ten-car garage approved to be converted from an uninhabitable space to a
habitable space with a three-car garage. Please note that this is not an Accessory
Dwelling Unit (ADU), but an addition to the home. including additional caissons as
proposed by Pacific Western Engineering Contractors.
Our records indicate that this project was approved by the ARC on November 18, 2021, with
the additional caissons having been approved by the Board of Directors on June 27, 2022.
