Yes, the eighth window is approved per our original letter. I’m the secretary of the Meredith
Canyon community Association and sit on the architectural committee. The application for
26966 Calle Esperanza and the notated improvements including windows has been approved.

The attached was sent to the HOA on 03/13/24 for approval by
homeowner Anthony Quinton. This drawing identified 7 windows. The
HOA then provided an approval letter which identified that the windows
were approved based on the information provided 03/13/24.
The City received an application for the replacement of 8 windows and we
requested the applicant provide updated HOA approval for the 8th window.
If the HOA approves the 8th window please reply to this email and the City
will accept the HOA’s response as the updated HOA approval.

Hello
The approval letter from the Board (dated 3-15-24) does not indicate the
number of windows. The application was approved as submitted – so if
your application has 8 windows that is what was approved. Again, the
application was approved as submitted.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for providing the HOA approval letter. However, we are
reviewing your plans and the plans state that you are replacing 8
windows instead of 7 per the HOA approval letter. Can you please
have your HOA revise their HOA approval letter to reflect the
missing window. The missing window is on the 2nd floor in bedroom
3.
