Address 26966 Calle Esperanza, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92625 is cleared by SMWD
to proceed with construction per the submitted plans. There appears to be no
impact to Public Water and Sewer; however, SMWD will provide final clearance
after the pool is constructed and inspected.
PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be contacted after the construction of the new pool but
before it is filled with water. SMWD will inspect the pool to confirm it was
constructed per plans and provide final clearance.
