The improvement shall be in conformity with the plans and specifications submitted with your request. All work shall be done in a timely and workmanlike manner, and must be completed within the tirneframe as stipulated in the Meredith Canyon Community Association's governing documents. Work shall be done with the necessary permits and otherwise in compliance with all applicable building codes and other governmental rules or regulations. Additionally, you shall be responsible for any damage to Association common area caused as a result of work performed in conjunction with the aforementioned improvement to your property. It is the responsibility of the property owner to seek and obtain any permits required by the City of San Juan Capistrano.
