l/we certify that I/we have read and understand all pertinent sections of the Association's applicable CC &Rs and the
Architectural Guidelines /Rules &Regulations.I/we believe that the information on this application ,including the plans
and any other attachments are accurate and complete .I/we understand that I/we are responsible for the actions of our
contractors.
I/We understand that the Association will inspect the modification during and after construction to verify conformance
with the approval .I/We understand and agree that any failure to complete the modification in accordance with the
approved application ,plans,and schedule may result in reconstruction at my/our expense ,forfeiture of deposits,
additional fines ,and future action by the Association ,as deemed appropriate by the Association .
I hereby agree not to cause any damage to the common area or other's property during this modification .
Further,I/We understand:
1.I cannot in any way change the grading or interfere with the drains already installed .I cannot in any way remove or
change the "berm "at the top of the slope,which was built to insure against slope failure.
2.I must install drains within my property to prevent water run-off into my neighbor's property or the common areas.
3.I am responsible for meeting all city,county and state codes including set -back distances ,electrical ,etc.and providing
evidence of such to the architectural committee prior to work commencing .(NOTE :City requires Association approval
for a City Permit Application .)
