With this approval, we anticipate your commitment to using the materials noted and
completion of this project within a reasonable amount of time. If there are any material
changes, or if the project will not be completed within sixty (60) days, you are required to
submit new samples/brochures for replacement materials and/or notify the Association of
a new completion date. Please be sure to obtain all necessary building permits applicable
per the City’s requirements.
