It has come to our attention that a pool and/or spa is
being installed at the above-referenced address. Please fill
out and return a Sanitation Clearance to
engcounter@smwd.com. In addition, there seems to be
an SMWD easement in the general area of the work at
that address that may require an Encroachment Permit.
When the Sanitation Clearance is submitted, an
engineering tech will review the plans to determine if an
Encroachment Permit is necessary.
