West: Your architectural application and plans for (patio enclosure-room addition) were reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee at their most recent Committee meeting. After review, the Committee approved your architectural application. This approval is based on the plan check approval notice attached. Please review this notice as it has conditions of approval within it. -Any changes to the approved plans must be submitted to management with an updated set of plans.
