There appears to be no impact to Public Water and Sewer; however, SMWD will provide final clearance after the pool is constructed and backflow device is inspected. PLEASE NOTE: SMWD must be notified 48 hours prior to installation of the backflow device. Once installed, SMWD will inspect the device. Backflow device must be tested by an approved backflow tester with a Backflow Assembly Testing Certification from an ANSI accredited organization.
