B.ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so by email or telephone. Please submit any email
correspondence or request to speak by telephone to the Secretary at least an
hour prior to the meeting at pgarcia@sanjuancapistrano.org or
cgomez@sanjuancapistrano.org or call (949) 443-6329. The public may also call
the agenda public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the
meeting. The Secretary will call persons wishing to speak, and allow persons that

C.PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1.Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 17-031, Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 18-008, and Floodplain Land Use Permit (FP) 18-002. San Juan Hills Golf Course, a request for a twelve-month time extension of entitlements and a finding that said action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Existing Facilities.
The Project approvals allow for the relocation and reconfiguration of an existing driving range, golf holes, a new parking lot, a new accessory structure, new landscaping, site grading, and a new 50’–80’ tall safety net on the north side of San Juan Creek Road which is part of the San Juan Hills Golf Course located at
32120 San Juan Creek Road (APN: 666-011-21, 27 & 28) (Applicant: Robert
Harding) (Project Manager: Justin R. Poley, Associate Planner).
