Stan Braden, Ted Rosenfeldt, and Tami Wilhelm.

B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed
on the agenda may do so in person by attending the meeting, by email or
telephone. If you would prefer to submit correspondence or speak by telephone,
please submit your correspondence or request to the Secretary at least an hour

parking lot to provide additional off-street parking spaces in support of the
use proposed at 33081 Camino Capistrano (APN: 668-291-14); and a
Finding That Said Action is Categorically Exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Per CEQA Guidelines Section 15301,

666-131-17) and a finding that said action is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines
Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) (Applicant: Rick J. Collins) (Project
