Hi Lauren,
If the changes do not impact the public water or sewer facilities I do not see a reason for SMWD to review the revision
set. If the changes do in fact only impact storm drain then we would not need to review anything. We acquired this
project after the annexation but were only looking at the plans initially for impacts to the SMWD easement adjacent to
the site so I am not sure what the extent of public water and sewer facilities exist on the site. Again, however we would
only look at changes or impacts to public water and sewer.

I am hoping you can help me or give me the contact info of the person I should contact.
We are the engineers for the Ganahl Lumber project at 25865 Stonehill Drive, San Juan Capistrano, CA. Our plans are
approved with the City but we are in plan check for Revision #1 to the approved plans. Lisa La at the City says we need to
get SMWD clearance for the revision. Can you tell me the process and requirements for submittal to SMWD? We have
civil plans and architectural plans to submit. Our changes include storm drain changes, but no changes to sewer or
water.
