call in to speak in the order received. C. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consideration of a Time Extension requested related to Historical &
Cultural Landmark Site Plan Review (SPR) 22-005; Taylor Residence Accessory Structure, Love House Addition, and Labat House Lattice Removal: A request for a twelve-month time extension of Cultural Heritage Commission approval of SPR 22-005, which allows for construction of a 1,152 sq. ft. accessory structure, designed as a barn and consisting of a
guest house with an attached workshop, and a 431 sq. ft. addition to the Love House on property located at 31661 Los Rios Street (APN 121-142-11) within the Los Rios Historic District as listed on the City’s Inventory of Historic & Cultural Landmarks (IHCL) and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Additionally, the removal of 702 square feet of lattice and
impervious concrete slab that is attached to the entire north side of the Labat House is to be replaced with gardens. Said Action is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 and Section 15331. D. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Consideration of Zone Variance (ZV) 22-010; Gotama Residence: A
request to deviate from Section 9-3.301 (c)(1) of Title 9 of the Municipal
Code, which requires a 20’ rear yard setback for properties within the RS-7,000 Zoning District. The Applicant is proposing to establish a 5’-3” rear yard setback for a 518 sq. ft. single-story addition to an existing single-family residence located at 31192 Paseo Acacia (APN: 649-041-03).
