Key Lease Terms
•3.3-acre lease area adjacent to golf course property
•30-year initial term with 20-year available extension
•Construction of passive park on 1-acre northwest corner of La Novia and San Juan Creek Road
•$50,000 annual lease payment (annual CPI increase not to exceed 3%) to fund cost of park maintenance and supplement City constructed improvements adjacent to park
•Golf Club would vacate easements on the northeast corner of La Novia and San Juan Creek Road

•Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Ground
Lease with San Juan Hills Golf Club for a 3.3-acre portion of
City-owned property
•Approve Plans and Specifications for the La Novia Passive Park
•Find said actions are exempt from California Environmental
