Consideration of Sign Permit (SP) 23-003,The Alliance for San Juan Art Mural: A request to allow a 180 square foot mural to be installed on the rear wall of the Capistrano Trading Post building, located at 31741 Camino Capistrano (APN: 124-181-06) and a request for a sign exception to allow the mural to exceed the Land Use Code maximum sign area and height requirements for murals and a finding that said actions are categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15311.
