Consideration of Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 21-030 & Zone Variance (ZV) 21-010; Huang Residence: A request to modify the grade on a vacant parcel to accommodate a new single-family residence and related accessory structures at 30752 Fox Run Lane (Assessor Parcel Number: 650-331-12). The proposed grading activities involve 3,900 cubic yards of cut and 3,900 cubic yards of fill, resulting in a balanced site, with a series of retaining walls up to 10’ in height. The Applicant is also seeking approval for a zone variance to allow for a reduction of the minimum 150-foot front yard setback (Applicant: Alex Villalpando, C.J.
