Regular Meeting October 26, 2022 Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, this meeting may be conducted by
teleconference. The public is able to attend the meeting in person.

B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed
on the agenda may do so in person by attending the meeting, by email or
telephone. If you would prefer to submit correspondence or speak by telephone,

Open Session Meeting as Allowed Per Assembly Bill 361, Promotes Social

None. E. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consideration of Sign Permit (SP) 22-018, Fairmont Schools Electronic Message Center (EMC) Sign: A request to allow an 18.8 square-foot building mounted EMC sign to be installed on the main entry building façade
of Fairmont Schools, located at 26333 Oso Road (APN:121-070-68). Also, a request to allow a sign exception to the Land Use Code to allow the entirety of the EMC sign to be internally illuminated. (Applicant: Scott Hampton, Yesco Signs LLC) (Project Manager: Paul Garcia, Senior Planner).
