1. Consideration of General Plan Amendment 20-003 and Code Amendment 20-06: Proposed amendments to the Public Services and Utilities Element of the City’s General Plan to reflect that the Santa Margarita Water District will become Wastewater and Water Services
Purveyor for the City, and related amendments to the City’s Municipal Code to eliminate provisions pertaining to design, construction, maintenance, operations, and regulation of public sanitary sewer systems and public potable and non-potable water systems. (Project Manager: Steve May).
