Regular Meeting July 26, 2022 Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, this meeting may be conducted by
teleconference. The public is able to attend the meeting in person.
A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. – City Council Chamber 2. ROLL CALL: Chair Ann Ronan, Vice-Chair Paul Lopez, Commissioners Anna Dickinson, Lorie Porter, and Janet Siegel.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so by email or telephone. Please submit any email

Consideration of Site Plan Review (SPR) 22-005 and a determination of physical and aesthetic compatibility with structures and places identified on the Inventory of Historic Cultural Landmarks (IHCL), Taylor Residence
