AGENDA CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMISSION Regular Meeting February 22, 2022 Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, this meeting may be conducted by teleconference. The public is able to attend the meeting in person. A. ORGANIZATION 1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30 p.m. – City Council Chamber 2. ROLL CALL: Chair Janet Siegel, Vice-Chair Ann Ronan, Commissioners Anna Dickinson, Paul Lopez, and Lorie Porter. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not listed on the agenda may do so by email or telephone. Please submit any email correspondence or a request to speak by telephone to the Secretary at least an hour prior to the meeting at sklotz@sanjuancapistrano.org or by calling (949) 443-6334. The public may also speak by calling (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting. The Secretary will call persons wishing to speak and allow persons that call in to speak in the order received. Accessory Use Permit (AUP) 21-001, The Tea House on Los Rios; A request to allow an existing eating establishment (The Tea House) to serve distilled spirits, in addition to the current service of beer and wine, with food service (a Type 47 Alcoholic Beverage Control license) until 10:00 pm seven days a week located at 31731 Los Rios Street (APN 121-143-15 & 16) (Applicant: Phillip Schwartze, PRS Group) (Project Manager: Sergio Klotz). 2.
