AGENDA CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMISSION Regular Meeting January 25, 2022 Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, this meeting may be conducted by teleconference. The public is able to attend the meeting in person. Attendees are advised to adhere to the California Department of Public Health guidance with respect to the wearing of a mask or face covering. A. Consideration of the physical and aesthetic compatibility of proposed land use improvements adjacent to the San Juan Hot Springs Dance Hall, a structure identified on the City’s Inventory of Historic and Cultural Landmarks, in accordance with City Council Policy 603, Section 5. The proposed land use improvements involve the demolition of an existing 15,000 sq. ft. non-IHCL listed building (City Hall) and construction of a new 16,388 sq. ft. City Hall and a 50-Unit Apartment Building of Affordable Housing, and related site improvements on adjoining lots totaling approximately 2.2 acres at 32400 Paseo Adelanto (APN: 668-101-23) (Applicant: Jamboree Housing Corp.).
