2. ROLL CALL: Chair Janet Siegel, Vice-Chair Ann Ronan, Commissioners
Anna Dickinson, Paul Lopez, and Lorie Porter.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so by email or telephone. Please submit any email
correspondence or a request to speak by telephone to the Secretary at least an
hour prior to the meeting at sklotz@sanjuancapistrano.org or by calling (949)
443-6334. The public may also speak by calling (949) 493-1172 at the beginning
of the meeting. The Secretary will call persons wishing to speak and allow
persons that call in to speak in the order received.
Please limit all comments to 3 minutes.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted
by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items.
If discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar

1. Consideration of a land use improvement and a determination of physical
and aesthetic compatibility with structures and places identified on the
Inventory of Historic Cultural Landmarks (IHCL), adjacent to the Walter
Congdon and C.C. McCary Houses; Request for review of revised
development plans to construct a new 3,448 square foot single-family
residence on a property identified as APN 124-203-24, located adjacent to
31501 La Matanza (Applicant: David Ewing)(Project Manager: Laura
Stokes, Housing Supervisor/Associate Planner).
