AGENDA CULTURAL HERITAGE COMMISSION Regular Meeting June 22, 2021 The public will be able to attend the June 22, 2021 Cultural Heritage Commission meeting in person. Attendees are advised to adhere to California Department of Public Health and County Public Health Care Agency Guidance. Executive Order N-29-20 allows this meeting to be conducted by teleconference, as specified below. To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the City encourages the following: 1. View the Cultural Heritage Commission meeting live at the City’s website http://sanjuancapistrano.org/Important-Links/City-Council-Archived-Meetings. This is especially important if you, or someone you have had direct contact with, has traveled internationally to a country experiencing COVID-19, if you have tested positive or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, if you are over the age of 60, or if you have underlying health conditions. 2. Participate during the Oral Communication/Public Comment portion of the agenda by calling the public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting. Individuals will be placed in a queue until it is their time to speak. The public may also speak by requesting to be called during the meeting. To make this arrangement, please contact the Secretary at least an hour prior to the meeting at sklotz@sanjuancapistrano.org or (949) 443-6334. 3. The proposal is a request for review of development plans to construct a new 3,448 square foot single-family residence on a property identified as APN 124-203-24, located adjacent to 31501 La Matanza (Applicant: David Ewing).
