1. Consideration of Zone Variance (ZV) 16-006, Samadi Residence, a Zone
Variance request to Section 9-3.301 of the Title 9 Land Use Code to: increase
the lot coverage ratio from 25% to 27 .8%; to allow a 21 '-0" front yard setback
where the Code requires a minimum of 30'-0"; to allow a 7'-5" northern side
yard setback where the Code requires a minimum of 10'-0"; and to allow a 18'-
0" rear yard setback where the Code requires a minimum of 25'-0" for a
proposed single-family residence to be located at 27822 Horseshoe Bend
(Assessor Parcel Number: 650-222-03) (Applicant: Saeid Samadi)(Project
Manager: Paul Garcia, Associate Planner).
