B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not

2. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 21-005, Sign Permit Program (SP) 21-007, and Tree Removal Permit (TRP) 21-003; Ortega Hwy & El Camino Real Mixed Use Project, a request for review of a development plans related to a proposed mixed-use project consisting of
