ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
February 24, 2021
The public will be able to attend the February 24, 2021
Zoning Administrator meeting in person.
Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20 this meeting will be conducted
entirely by telephonic/videoconference and broadcast live on the
City's website. Please be advised that pursuant to the Executive
Order, and to ensure the health and safety of the public by limiting
human contact that could spread the COVID-19 virus, the Council
Chambers will not be open for the meeting. The Zoning Administrator
will be participating telephonically and will not be physically present
in the Council Chambers.
To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the City encourages the following:
1. View the Zoning Administrator meeting live at the City’s website
http://sanjuancapistrano.org/Important-Links/City-Council-Archived-Meetings.
2. Participate during the Oral Communication/Public Comment portion of the agenda by calling the
public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting. Individuals will be placed
in a queue until it is their time to speak. The public may also speak by requesting to be called
during the meeting. To make this arrangement, please contact the Secretary at least an hour prior
to the meeting at sklotz@sanjuancapistrano.org or (949) 443-6334.
3. Submit agenda item correspondence to the Zoning Administrator electronically. Material may be

B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Persons wishing to address the Governing Body on city business that is not
listed on the agenda may do so by email or telephone. Please submit any email
correspondence or a request to speak by telephone to the Secretary at least an

Extension. The applicant and property owner, requests approval of a
second 12 month time extension for a previously approved Architectural
