ZA Agenda-2020-09-30AGENDA ZONING ADMINISTRATOR September 30, 2020 The public will be able to attend the September 30, 2020 Zoning Administrator meeting in person. Please be advised that seating will be limited to maintain a minimum six-foot (6') distance between attendees. Additionally, attendees are advised to adhere to California Department of Public Health and County Public Health Care Agency guidance with respect to the wearing of a mask or face covering. Executive Order N-29-20 also allows this meeting to be conducted by teleconference, as specified below. To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the City encourages the following: 1. View the Zoning Administrator meeting live at the City's website http://sanjuancapistrano.org/lmportant-Links/City-Council-Archived-Meetings. This is especially important if you, or someone you have had direct contact with, has traveled internationally to a country experiencing COVID-19, if you have tested positive or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, if you are over the age of 60, or if you have underlying health conditions. 2. Participate during the Oral Communication/Public Comment portion of the agenda by calling the public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting. Individuals will be placed in a queue until it is their time to speak. The public may also speak by requesting to be called during the meeting. To make this arrangement, please contact the Secretary at least an hour prior to the meeting at sklotz@saniuancapistrano.org or (949) 443-6334. 3. Submit agenda item correspondence to the Zoning Administrator electronically. Material may be emailed to sklotz@sanjuancapistrano.org. Please submit correspondence at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting. 4. Refrain from distributing hard copy material. If you do attend the meeting in person, there is no need to complete a speaker card if you wish to address the Zoninq Administrator. The Chair will call for speakers prior to each aqenda item. Consideration of Zone Variance (ZV) 20-007, Calvary Chapel; A request to deviate from Section 9-3.307 of Title 9 of the Municipal Code to allow a 7' front yard setback where the Municipal Code requires a minimum 20' setback, related to the installation of a freestanding 460 sq . ft. pergola at 31612 El Camino Real (APN 124-170-11), a listed structure on the City's Inventory of Historic & Cultural Landmarks (IHCL) known as the Community Christian Church (Project Manager: Paul Garcia, Associate Planner).
