THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE is made and entered Into as of October S. 2022 , by and between Mitchell Land and Improvement Co ("Lessor") and City
of San Juan Capistrano ("Lessee').
WHEREAS, on or about August 12, 2022 a Lease was entered into by and between Lessor and Lessee relating to certain real property commonly known as (street
address,cltg state, zip): 30448 Rancho View Road Suites 100 and 165 San loan Capistrano. CA 92675 (the "Premises"), and
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee r have have not previously amended said Lease, and
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee now desire to amend said Lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, for payment of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to Lessor, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties mutuallyagree to make the following additions and modifications to the Lease:
9 TERM: The Expiration Date is hereby advanced */extended to Twenty Four and onehaIf months [24.51 from the Commencement Date.
L AGREED USE: The Agreed Use is hereby modified to:
BASE RENT ADJUSTMENT: Monthly Base Rent shall be as follows:
hl OTHER: The Commencement Date is hereby advanced to November 15th. 2022.
In addition to the existing Rent Schedule in 1.5.1 Lessee shall pay $10,779 prorated Base Rent for the additional half month of November.
This additional rent will be due on the Commencement Date, November 15, 2022.

This Amendment shall not be construed against the party preparing it, but shall be construed as if all parties jointly prepared this Amendment and any uncertainty and
ambiguity shall not be Interpreted against any one party. Signatures to this Amendment accomplished by means of electronic signature or similartechnology shall be
legal and binding.
All other terms and conditions of this Lease shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect except as specifically amended herein.
