This memorandum is authorization to accept the Grading Surety Agreement for Rough
Grading Permit B20-0627, for the Farm Project, 32382 Del Obispo. The security deposit is in
the amount of $2,735,468.00. The acceptance of the security deposit has been approved by
the Building Official.
