The anticipated time line for development and implementation will be driven by
available resources and specifically identified targeted community needs. The
growth over the next twelve months should double the daily attendance figures and
annual membership as well as volunteer involvement and staff support. Annual
membership should approach 200 with an average daily attendance of 65.
The continued involvement of volunteers in the Club programs and activities is
critical to success. Volunteers will support the Club in, but not limited to, the
following ways:
• Instructors and guest artists
• Tutors and general program assistants
• Supervisorial assistants (special events, trips, and large groups)
• Small group leaders and advisors
• Committee members, Administrative assistants, and Board members.
